SMSC Partners with Blue Stone Strategy Partners to Support Tribal Nations
The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) is partnering with Blue Stone Strategy Partners to support tribal nations across the Midwest through strategic planning initiatives that strengthen governance, advance long-term priorities, and reinforce tribal sovereignty.
Funded by the SMSC, these collaborative planning sessions provide tribal leadership teams with dedicated time and expert facilitation to focus on the future of their nations. The partnership reflects the SMSC’s commitment to being a good neighbor by investing in the long-term success of Indian Country.
“Strategic planning is key to ensuring the success of our tribes for generations to come, but so often as tribal leaders, we get stuck managing the day-to-day work of governing,” SMSC Chairman Cole W. Miller said. “We were glad to support Blue Stone’s work to help our sister tribes identify opportunities that reinforce Tribal sovereignty in clear, sustainable ways.”
