Prior Lake, Minn. – The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community’s Organics Recycling Facility (ORF), which accepts yard waste from Savage, Prior Lake, Shakopee, and Scott County residents, is changing its free drop-off dates from every Saturday to every Sunday in May beginning the weekend of May 7-8. The free drop-off hours are 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on May 8, 15, 22 and 29.
