SMSC Off-Road Vehicle Ordinance
The purpose of the SMSC Off-Road Vehicle Ordinance is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the residents and visitors of the SMSC by establishing minimum standards for safe operation of Off-Road Vehicles within the boundaries of the SMSC.
