Educators and youth professionals are invited to a free, full-day workshop on Digital Wellbeing for Native Youth, offered by LiveMore ScreenLess as part of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community’s (SMSC) IndigeFit Kids campaign.

This interactive training is offered as part of the SMSC’s commitment to improving the physical, mental, and digital wellbeing of Native youth in Minnesota. Participants will become certified Digital Wellbeing Facilitators and gain practical tools to support the youth they serve.

In this workshop, participants will:
*Build an understanding of digital wellbeing and its impact on young people
*Experience and reflect on the Five Dimensions of Wellbeing activities
*Learn strategies and receive resources to integrate digital wellbeing into their classroom, program, or community
