Rebecca Crooks-Stratton is secretary/treasurer at Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community and serves on the board of the National Congress of American Indians. Crooks-Stratton led creation of the Minnesota Tribal Nations Plaza at TCF Bank Stadium.
