This toll-free number ((855) 516-8956) is used exclusively by internal staff to trigger store automation systems and receive system-generated alerts.
Opt-in Process:
All staff who use or receive messages from this number go through the following opt-in process:
- Onboarding & Consent:
During employee onboarding or role changes, staff are informed about automated text messaging as part of our internal system. They explicitly acknowledge and accept participation via a signed internal IT usage agreement. - Message Example:
Staff may receive messages like:"Status of The Meadows has been changed to 'Closed.'" - Opt-out Mechanism:
