Road construction on County Road 82 will begin soon. This will involve the milling and overlay of County Road 82 from County Road 21 to County Road 17, curb and storm sewer repairs, and installation of a new traffic signal at Stemmer Ridge Road/Mystic Lake Blvd./County Road 82. Please be aware of the following closures and lane restrictions and plan your route accordingly.

May 5-June 20: County Road 82 CLOSED From Mystic Lake Blvd./Stemmer Ridge Road to County Road 17

• The intersection of County Road 82, Mystic Lake Blvd., and Stemmer Ridge Road will remain open.
• Access from County Road 17 to homes on the west end of County Road 82 will be maintained.
• Access to the SMSC Water Reclamation Facility will be maintained.
• The west entrance into Dakotah! Sport and Fitness will be closed.
• A traffic signal will be installed at the Stemmer Ridge Road/County Road 82 intersection.

May 5-June 20: County Road 82 Lane Closures From County Road 21 to Mystic Lake Blvd./Stemmer Ridge Road

• At least one lane will remain open in each direction at all times.
• Access to intersections will be maintained.

May 12 (6am-7pm; single day only) Directional Closure: Eastbound County Road 82 From Mystic Lake Blvd./Stemmer Ridge Road to County Road 83

• If weather requires rescheduling, this work will take place on Wednesday, May 14.

• Westbound County Road 82 will be maintained.
• LaunchPad Golf construction traffic shall be permitted to use eastbound County State Aid Highway 82 if required during closure.
• Traffic from Dakotah! Sport and Fitness, Playworks, and The Meadows at Mystic Lake will be allowed to enter from County Road 82 but will be directed to Flandreau Trail to exit the parking lot.
• Stemmer Ridge Road northbound traffic from Inyan Ceyaka Otonwe and Spring Lake Park will be detoured to County Road 12.

June 22-26: County Road 82 CLOSED From County Road 21 to County Road 83

• Access maintained for Dakota Development Complex, the SMSC Water Bottling, the SMSC Water Reclamation Facility, the SMSC Laundry, and the Tewapa neighborhood.

July 21-29: Final Work (Striping and Sealing)

• No closures scheduled; crews will be working in the area.
