Dakota Prairie Composting
The current SMSC Organics Recycling Facility will relocate to a new site in Louisville Township near the intersection of highways 169 and 41. The name for the new facility will be Dakota Prairie Composting. The new location will increase in the amount of organic material the site will be able to take in, allowing for more organic materials to be diverted from landfills.

TH 41 Road Construction
The Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) and Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) are working with Union Pacific railroad (UP) to make railroad crossing safety improvements and roadway repairs to Hwy 41 (Chestnut Blvd.) in Scott County this summer

Mystic Lake Boulevard Construction
On Wednesday, September 21, crews will be repairing a storm drain in front of Mystic Lake Casino Hotel on Mystic Lake Boulevard NW. This will cause minimal traffic disruption but will not include road closures. Thank you in advance for your patience.

Fog-Sealing Planned for Little Six Parking Lots
Please be advised that crews will be on property next week to fog-seal the Little Six Casino parking lots.

The Meadows at Mystic Lake Course Improvements
The Meadows at Mystic Lake golf course is making several improvements to the course beginning August 8.

McKenna Road Construction
Starting this summer, McKenna Road will be undergoing major reconstruction from County Road 42 to County Road 16.
