Young Native Pride, a group of Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC) youth, put on a dazzling free dance exhibition at Prior Lake High School on May 14. This performance was the latest in an 18-year tradition of SMSC youth donning their regalia and doing traditional dances onstage.
